ON the face of it, Orange Communication's plans to site a tree shaped mast in a field in Otley looks like the company trying its best to be acceptable. It says it has listened to local planners and incidentally the planning inspectorate, since it appealed against the local planners decision - and come up with a disguised mast, which it hopes will be more acceptable.   more...
