Coun Jim McKenna is disgusted by Bradford Metropolitan Council's apparent apathy over dumping in the Barkerend Improvement Area of Bradford. He points out an example of this in the way a car has been left for the past week at the junction of Amberley Street and Harewood Street, partly across the road and pavement.
